All gift baskets with breakable items will be wrapped individually to ensure it safely makes it to its destination during transit with a shipping carrier. If an item arrives broken please firstly reach out via direct message to me and I will replace the items I can at a small service charge. You can also file a claim with shipping carrier on their website using your tracking number- each package is insured with $100.00. As damage during shipping is out of my hands I will do my best as a small business owner to correct these inconveniences as I am fit to.

Your card enclosures are printed in a packing slip form on a standard 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper. One half of the sheet is the actual UPS label and the other half is your ship to information and card enclosure. This paper goes into a clear packing sleeve and the sleeve is attached to the top of the the box.

We do reserve the right to make substitutions and do find the need to at various times throughout the year. Not all packaging may look identical to the products photographed as designer packaging does change quite frequently. Please be aware that at times substitutions of a variance in flavor, fragrance or packaging will occur. Refunds, discounts or a new gift being shipped will Not be offered due to a substitution.
